Project Overview

The Creator Support site is the perfect platform to pilot an AI chatbot that provides seamless, human-like interactions. Utilizing advanced large language model (LLM) technology, this chatbot assists users in resolving issues and finding information with natural, real-time communication. It efficiently handles a wide range of inquiries, offering accurate and engaging responses across various support scenarios.


My Role (Content Manager)

  • Developed the conversational flow and UX dialogue scripts to ensure smooth, contextually relevant interactions.

  • Authored a comprehensive set of responses and fallback messages to handle unexpected user inputs and maintain conversational fluidity.

  • Integrated tone and language consistency, aligning the chatbot's responses with our brand’s voice to ensure an approachable and friendly user experience.

  • Collaborated on adaptive learning algorithms to enhance the chatbot's learning and response quality.
